Leo Pharma A/S is a Danish pharmaceutical company that was founded in 8 years after the beginning of the 20th century. It has a presence in over 100 countries, and has its headquarters in Ballerup, which is near Copenhagen. The entire company is completely integrated into a LEO Foundation private foundation, and has been developing and marketing products in bone remodeling thrombosis and coagulation, as well as dermatology. The company is also known as the first producer of penicillin outside the UK and US, back in 1945. 

One of the company’s medications is Fucithalmic Viscous Eye Drops. It is based on fusidic acid, and has shown to be quite effective at relieving bacterial conjunctivitis, and other bacterial infections of the eye. It is a sterile and viscous eye drop that is both easy to administer, and efficient at providing relief to patients. The treatment also shows no negative effects or interactions with those who are pregnant or nursing, and has shown next to no influence on patients’ ability to drive, although they are still not advised to do so.
