ABOUT THE BRAND

Alidya is an injectable solution that prevents cellulite development during its early stages. Because of cellulite being an estrogen-dependent fibro-fatty tissue, cellulite is mostly apparent on females. It was introduced by Professor Pasquale Motolese, and the solution has also been called Motolese’s 2^nd solution, the first one being Aqualyx. Motolese is the President of the Italian Society of Aesthetics and Medicine, and he is also currently the editor-in-chief of the European Journal of Aesthetic Medicine and Dermatology. He is also a professor in Universita di Ferrara, which is the main university of the city of Ferrara located in northern Italy.    

It is the first injectable that has been registered as a preventive treatment of gynecoid lipodystrophy, also known as cellulite. It is manufactured by Italian pharmaceutical company Ghimas S.p.a., located in Reno, Italy. The company also provides a wide range of dental implants, connections, as well as prosthesis rehabilitation tools.
