Bocouture is typically used on fine to moderate wrinkles, particularly the top parts of face smoothening out the wrinkles and lines that appear due to frequent smiles and/or frowns.
Treatment Details
Bocouture should only be applied on patients by qualified medical professionals. The amount and method used will depend on the location and severity of the area to be corrected. For periorbital lines or crow’s feet, the powder is reconstituted and afterwards will be injected bilaterally into three different sites. The first is around 1cm lateral from the bony orbital rim. The other two are then targeted at about 1cm above and below the first injection.
How long does it last?
The actual duration of effects is highly dependent upon the lifestyle and physiology of the patient. However, it has been noted that it can last for 3 to 5 months after injection.
